Balikatan
In the spirit of Balikatan, PJSF trains side by side with Armchair Operators (AO), a community of retired U.S. military and law enforcement veterans who share real tactical knowledge with our members: players from across Asia and Western operators from the U.S. and Europe in the same squad.
Real-world know-how
Retired U.S. military and law enforcement veterans share how it is actually done: room clearing, comms, leadership, medical.
Joint ops & trainings
AO operators slot in alongside PJSF on operations and run trainings with us.
Semi-serious, still fun
We are not a full-realism unit. We take the tactics seriously, keep the banter, and make sure everyone has a good time.
PJSF is semi-serious milsim. Learning from real veterans doesn't make us a hardcore realism unit: we play it smart, not stiff, and we still try to have fun.
Paano Kami Lumalaban
How We Run
- Semi-serious milsim. Not full realism and not pure casual: we play it smart, not stiff.
- We follow SOPs. Standard operating procedures keep ops organized; how strictly depends on the op type.
- Trainings almost every week. From basic weapons handling to CLS, NCO and specialist courses.
- Organized, but still fun. Comms, structure and debriefs, with plenty of banter and fun ops in between.
Standard Op
Our core baseline: standard operations strictly following SOPs.
NOTE // Debrief after every mission.
